Review is an application asking the same court that passed a decree or order to reconsider it because of a clear error or newly found evidence.
What does Review mean in plain words?
It is not a second appeal. The court only corrects a mistake apparent on the record or considers important new evidence that could not be found earlier. The time to apply is short.

A review petition was filed against the judgment citing an error on the face of the record.
