Execution is the process by which a court enforces a decree, for example by attaching and selling the judgment-debtor's property.
What does Execution mean in plain words?
Winning a decree is not the end. If the other side does not pay or hand over, you file an execution petition. The court can attach bank accounts, salary or land, auction them, or even order arrest in some cases.
When will I hear Execution?
The decree-holder filed an execution petition to recover the decretal amount.
