An absconder is a person against whom a warrant has been issued and who has absconded or is concealing himself so that it cannot be executed.
What does Absconder mean in plain words?
If the court is satisfied, after taking evidence, that the accused has absconded, it can publish a proclamation and then order his movable or immovable property attached. Absconding to avoid a summons is also an offence under section 172 of the Penal Code.
When will I hear Absconder?
