Examines, on its own motion or on a petition, whether a law is against the Injunctions of Islam (Article 203D), and reviews Hudood criminal cases (Article 203DD). Appeals from its decisions go to the Shariat Appellate Bench of the Supreme Court (Article 203F). It has existed since 1980.
