Family Courts
فیملی کورٹس
Courts that decide family disputes under the Family Courts Act, 1964: dissolution of marriage (including khula), dowry, dower, maintenance, custody of children and visitation rights, and certain offences between spouses. Appeals go to the High Court or the District Court depending on the law in force, no appeal or revision lies against an interim order, and small decrees for dower, dowry or maintenance have restricted appeal rights.
